Notes: Harvested manually and is vatted whole. Once the wine has been vinified, it is aged for 12 months in used barrels so that the aromas and touches of wood are subtle and do not detract from the prominence of the fruit. Lastly the wines are assembled for 3 or 4 months in large vats. Jean-Yves Péron Champ Levat is a fresh and intense natural red wine with very pleasant fruity and spicy aromas.
