Region: Emilia-Romagna, Italy
Varietal: Pignoletto | Sauvignon Blanc
Notes: The harvest takes place manually with the grapes collected in small crates with ventilation holes. Following soft pressing, fermentation takes place on the skins in steel barrels at a controlled temperature and once bottled it rests in contact with its lees. Amber-yellow in colour, it gives off aromatic and fragrant aromas. Dry sip of beautiful intensity and excellent persistence. From organic cultivation with integrated biodynamic methods. All bottles have a natural deposit of yeasts.
