Notes: The idea behind a perpetual wine is that it’s never ending. It’s multi vintage using reserve juice, in this case helping the grower out during tough vintages when there’s a lesser yield. This rose uses 30% reserve wine and makes a rose which blends red wine and white wine together. The wine comes from several sites in Premier Cru villages. The wine ages for nine months on the lees and a bit of oak. It’s aged in bottle for a minimum of four years before release.
