Notes: Barbera grapes are harvested by hand from vineyards that have been organically and biodynamically farmed. Carbonic maceration and spontaneous fermentation occur in neutral oak with indigenous yeast. The wine is aged in neutral oak for 16 months. The 'I Vicini' Barbera is bottled without being fined or filtered and with no added SO2.
