What's included in my subscription?
2-4 curated bottles of wine! We'll focus on a specific region, varietal, or we'll mix it up with bottles we're currently digging. The selection will always include 1 red wine - the other(s) will be a mix of white,rosé, orange or sparkling.
When can I join?
Anytime! However, the cut off date to pick up your wine subscription, is the 5th of the month. Any orders placed after this date will roll over to the following month!
When does my subscription begin?
We bill subscriptions on the 5th of every month. Any purchase after this date will roll over to next month's pick-up.
When do I pick-up?
Pick-up is the fourth Friday of every month.
When am I billed?
You'll be billed when you sign up, and if that's after the cut off date (the 5th of the month), your pick-up will roll over to the following month. Then, your card will be automatically charged on the 5th of each month thereafter.
How do I get my order?
All subscriptions are only available for pick-up. We do not ship or deliver at this time.
What happens if I can't pick up my order on time?
Please send us an email if you can't pick-up your order on pick-up day. Due to storage limitations, any wine club bottles left 21 days past the initial pick-up date will no longer be available. Refunds will not be issued. We apologize for the inconvenience!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit your customer account through our store or see the link in your confirmation email. If you are having any trouble, please reach out to us so we can help!
